The commencement of this all-encompassing Maharaas Leela unfolds as Shri Krishna, adorned with Feminine Vastra and Mukut. the beauty that even millions of Kamdevas Feel Shame. transform into the enchanting form of Shri Madan Mohan { Swaroop that even fascinates the Madan (Kamdev)} on the auspicious night of Ashwin Shukla Ashtami.

It is then that the First ever Venunaad Happens in the dense forest. Captivating all the Gopis. Losing their worldly awareness, they Forgot their Laukik lives and rush towards the Alukik Ultimate fruit Prabhu Shri Krishna in the dense forest.

There, happens the Gopis’ questions, teachings, and Pranay Geet.

On the auspicious occasion of Ashwin Shukla Ekadashi, Prabhu Shri Krishna, in His divine form as Shri Kalyanraiji, engages in the  Laghuraas Leela with the Gopis. “Dwe Dwe Gopis Bich – Bich Madho: Shri Krishna Between each two gopis.”

Following the divine events, on  Ashwin Shukla Chaturdashi, Prabhu Shri Krishna Appears as Shri Vitthalnathji & responds to the queries of the Gopis.

On the luminous night of Ashwin Shukla Purnima, also known as Sharad Purnima, Prabhu Shri Krishna: the Moon of Entire Gokul Appears as Shri Gokul Chandramaji (affectionately called Chand Baba). And orchestrates the grand Maharaas Leela with the Gopis.

श्रीनाथजी दर्शन शरद पूर्णिमा

आश्विन शुक्ल पूर्णिमा को शरद का श्रृंगार श्वेत एवं सुनहरी ज़री के वस्त्र मुकुट एवं आभरण हीरा मोती के धराये जाते हैं | एवं स्वामिनीजी के भाव से शरद की सज्जा की जाती है | महारास के चित्रांकन की पिछवाई धरी जाती है |

आज प्रभु को नियम का रास का चौथा मुकुट-काछनी का श्रृंगार धराया जाता है | आज के वस्त्र श्रृंगार सर्व सखियों के अद्भुत भावों से धराये जाते हैं |

मेघश्याम चोली यमुनाजी के भाव से, ऊपर की रूपहरी ज़री की काछनी स्वामिनीजी के भाव से, नीचे की सुनहरी ज़री की काछनी चन्द्रावलीजी के भाव से, सूथन कुमारिकाजी के भाव से एवं लाल पीताम्बर (रास-पटका) अनुराग भावरूप ललिताजी के भाव से धराया जाता है |

आज प्रभु को पीठिका पर रूपहरी ज़री का दत्तु ओढाया जाता है |

सभी द्वार में हल्दी से डेली बनाई जाती है ,आसापाला के पत्तो की बन्दर वाल बांधी जाती है।चंदन ,आंवला, फुलेल से अभ्यंग होव।

साज :-  “द्वे द्वे गोपी बीच बीच माधौ” अर्थात दो गोपियों के बीच माधव श्री कृष्ण खड़े शरद-रास कर रहें हैं  | ऐसी महारासलीला के अद्भुत चित्रांकन से सुसज्जित पिछवाई आज श्रीजी में धरायी जाती है | गादी, तकिया और चरणचौकी पर सफेद लट्ठा की बिछावट की जाती है |

वस्त्र:- छोटी काछनी व सुथन सुनहरी जरी की।बड़ी काछनी रूपहरी। चोली मेघ स्याम दरियाई(रेशम)की।पीताम्बर लाल दरियाई को।ठाड़े वस्त्र सफ़ेद डोरिया के ।पिछवाई चित्राम की महारास के भाव की। पीठक पे जरी को रूपहरी दत्तू ओढ़े। मंगला में स्वेत उपरना धरावे। आज चोटीजी नहीं आवे। गादी तकिया सब सफेद लट्ठा के।

आभरण:- सब उत्सव के।हीरा की प्रधानता चोटिजी।मुकूट टोपी हीरा की।चोटी जी नहीं आवे।वेणु वेत्र हीरा के।। आरसी श्रृंगार में चार झाड़ की, राजभोग में शरद की डाड़ी की। पट उत्सव को गोटी जड़ाऊ।हीरा को चौखटा आवे।

सामग्री:- मानोर के नग को ,दूध घर की केसर यक्त बासोदि की हाडी। रसोई में केसर युक्त पेठा, मीठी सेव,स्याम खटाई, कचहरिया आदि।

विशेष:- आनोसर में सफेदी बिछे। बीच मे सांगामची पधरानी। पटिया पे आनोसर भोग आवे। भोग में फैनी,गुजिया,कचोरी,दही बड़ा,दूध घर को साज(बासोदि,पेड़ा, बर्फी,खट्टे-मीठे दही, दूध पूड़ी आदि),शाग घर की सामग्री,सभी तरह के फल, तले मेवा आदी।

मंगला – मान लाग्यो गिरधर गावे

राजभोग – बन्यो रास मण्डल

आरती – वृंदावन अद्भुत नभ देखियन

शयन – पूरी पुरन मासी, श्याम सजनी शरद रजनी, 

           मण्डल मद रंग भरे, लाल संग रास रंग, 

           बन्यो मोर मुकुट, श्याम नवल नवल बधु, 

           निर्तत रास रंगा, खेलत रास रसिक नागर, 

           ऐ रैन रीझी हो प्यारे, बन्सी बट के निकट, 

           शरद सुहाई हो ज़ामिन, राजत रंग भीनी

और भी केदारो-बिहाग के पद गावे। मान व पोढवे के पद नहीं होवे ।
